They are currently seeking a New Graduate or experienced Occupational Therapist to join their growing team in Darwin, offering exceptional professional development support, competitive salaries and work flexbility to suit your needs!
Salary ranging from $85,000 - $115,000 + Super WFH Option for admin and flexible working hours Tailored caseload to your interests and 30minutes from your home Full time and part time options available!
Benefits: Well above award salaries - New Graduates start from $85,000 + Super - $120,000 + Super for more experienced clinicians Roughly $1000 PD allowance (flexible) + 3 days PD leave Tailored Caseload to your interests and 30 minutes within your home location - if longer, return travel is compensated Travel allowance provided Client Variety: work with NDIS participants, private clients, and Medicare cases, and gain exposure to different funding streams.
Supportive Work Environment: recieve weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision Work-Life Balance: flexible start and finish times, option to work a 9 day fortnight or condense working week Bonus Structure: Earn bonuses for exceeding your billable hour targets, with 15% of the charge-out rate and an additional $30 per extra hour.

The Role: You will see 4-5 clients a day (5 billable hours which includes; travel, face to face consults and NDIS report writing), conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, facilitating therapy and writing NDIS reports when required.
Support: Access $1000 PD Allowanceper year + 3 days PD leave Optional weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision with a Senior OT with over 8 years experience in the industry Flexible start and finish times & opportunity to work a condensed working week or 9 day fortnight if you wish Team Culture: This friendly and supportive team offers weekly online team meetings for networking and training, 1:1 PD with a Senior OT with over 8 years experience, and the opportuntiy to be a part of a supportive and positive team culture.
You will be flown in to Brisbane to engage in team training and company social events, to ensure you stay connected with your team.
Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration Unrestricted working rights in Australia Drivers licence and own vehicle Interested in this position or know someone who might be?
