As a Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include: Lead a team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service, demonstrated by strong customer satisfaction, repeat referrals, and meeting or exceeding SLAs.
Identify and implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Drive business development and facilitate growth opportunities.
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums to strengthen relationships and strategy.
Conduct monthly supervision and support sessions with direct reports.

What you will need: Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing; Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA; Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance; Previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation; A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must.
