Physiotherapist With S&C

DescriptionBased at RAAF Base Pearce, this position will work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team to support Qualified Flying Instructors (QFIs) within the pilot training system. This role is primarily responsible for delivery of evidence-based, proactive physical performance services to enhance operational readiness and sustained performance of QFIs.
The role requires a highly motivated and energetic practitioner, with extensive expertise delivering programs to high performance individuals and teams with the ability to work autonomously. The successful person must demonstrate evidence of building effective productive relationships, identifying existing deficiencies, and developing innovative, pragmatic solutions to optimise human performance.
