In this dynamic role, you will bring your strong clinical expertise to manage a diverse caseload, including neurological, reconditioning and orthopaedic conditions across the Inpatient, Day Rehab and Outpatient settings. Working closely within a cohesive and supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred services focused on maximising clients' rehabilitation outcomes. Key responsibilities include:Assessment, therapy provision, case management and discharge planning for a diverse caseload of neurological, orthopaedic, post-surgical and medical conditions in the private hospital rehab setting.Provision of gym-based and aquatic physiotherapy services in the LifeWorks outpatient clinic, including provision of services to NDIS participants.Working collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary teams in all settings.Supervision of Allied Health Assistants and/or Physiotherapy students in line with level of experience.About you..We are seeking a self-motivated and friendly individual with:
