About the role: We are currently seeking a Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive team in Juniper Korumup, Albany WA.
There is the option of joining our team on either a part-time or full-time basis.
There is no shift work required, with work hours Monday to Friday during core business hours.
To be considered for a part-time position you must be available at least three days each week.
Shifts and hours will be negotiated with successful candidates.
Fixed term contracts available for 3 or 6 months, with relocation assistance included (conditions apply) Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalised care plans, and implement effective strategies to meet each client's unique needsDesign both individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged to optimise their function and independenceThrough equipment assessment and prescription, identify and provide solutions that support client autonomy and well-beingFoster collaboration and successful outcomes by communicating effectively with clients, families, and caregiversEnsure seamless care coordination and accurate progress tracking through meticulous record-keepingWork closely and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants to achieve the desired outcomes for your clientsKey requirements: Current FULL registration with AHPRA as a PhysiotherapistAbility to relate to elderly customers with empathy whilst working effectively with other health professionals and service providersExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCurrent Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle - both essentialWhat's on offer: Salary Package up to $18,550 per annum tax freeRelocation assistance - return flights & accommodation provided (conditions apply) Work phone and laptop providedJuniperks an online platform that unlocks exclusive retail discounts, employee perks, wellness initiatives and peer acknowledgementHow to apply: To be considered for this position please submit your application online including a current curriculum vitae.
