Our purpose is `great care every day'. About your opportunity: Permanent full-time Deliver Physiotherapy services as a member of the community based multidisciplinary allied health team, for adults/older persons within the Townsville University Hospital catchment.
This position is part of a team of physiotherapists delivering centre (clinic) based, home based and residential aged care facility based - assessment, individual and group programs, with a focus on complex health conditions, post-acute and rehabilitation focused interventions, and hospital avoidance and reablement programs.
