Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload that includes Occupational health & ergonomics, Orthopedics, Clinical Pilates, Women's health, Provision of NDIS / disability services, and Exercise rehabilitation.Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised treatment plans for patients with Musculoskeletal conditions, including post op rehab, sports injuries and vestibular rehab.Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.Provide education and support to patients and their families/caregivers regarding their condition, treatment options, and self-management strategies.Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimise patient outcomes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and communications in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.Current general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Minimum of 2 year post grad experience in Physiotherapy, preferably in a private practice setting.Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills, with proficiency in developing and implementing individualised treatment plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with patients and colleagues.Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.Why join our client?
