We are currently seeking a passionate, full-time MSK Physiotherapist to join a busy clinic in Canberra with a loyal client following.
This is a diverse role comprising physiotherapy specific assessments, interventions, and planning predominantly in the NDIS and home care package space to increase people's function and independence in all aspects of their lives.
The position of physiotherapist is to provide high-quality, effective, and efficient physiotherapy services to clients accomplished by working as a member of the integrated multidisciplinary health care team with a focus on providing person-centred, holistic, and goal-directed care that promotes clients' wellness and active participation in decisions about their care.
Day to Day Tasks and Duties:Treating clients in a gym facility and medical centre including but not limited to NDIS, Medicare, Private, DVA, Work Cover, Insurance, and sporting populations.Coordination of appointments.Completing and managing service agreements.Developing holistic, client-centric, and outcomes-driven care intervention and care plans.Providing support and assistance to clients, carers, and families with the implementation of intervention plans and programs.Monitoring, evaluating, and modifying treatment to measure progress and ensure effectiveness of intervention.Writing comprehensive reports and physiotherapy plans based on your advanced clinical understanding, application of various clinical assessments, and implementation of appropriate interventions.Providing ongoing care.Requirements:AHPRA registration.Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.A high level of professional judgement and knowledge to provide a wide range of therapy supports.Advanced clinical understanding.Experience/understanding of working in the NDIS (highly desirable).Demonstrable clinical and rehabilitation skills and experience.Excellent time management and organisation skills.Commitment to client outcomes and evidence-based practice.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment - team player.Attention to detail and skills in analysis, planning, and problem solving.Benefits:Full-time, part-time, and contractor opportunities with competitive pay based on experience.Comprehensive Professional Development and supervision program.Access to a graduate training program for new grads.Free on-site parking and access to an on-site gym.If you have any questions or need more information, don't hesitate to get in touch with Anna at ******.
