Job DescriptionOur Tamworth team is all about collaboration and connection! You will be working alongside a dynamic and social bunch that includes OT's, Physio's, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners. We love working in our rural community and making a difference in the lives of our participants. No two days are ever the same! You might find us in daycare centres, in schools and homes, and even on outreach trips to Gunnedah and surrounds – we might even bump into you on one of our monthly Wellness Walks down by the river - we love supporting our regional area!
You will be putting your exceptional clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of your clients and foster the development of others within the broader team.
On a daily basis, you will be: Assessing participants' physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessmentsInterpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participantProviding therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of lifeWorking with your Allied Health Manager to engage with and educate key business stakeholders and grow our serviceWe provide a nurturing and supportive environment to help you grow and have some extra perks for you:
