Position Overview
We are searching for energetic Physiotherapists/OTs to work at Peakhurst Lodge and Rocky Point Residence.
Work within residential facilities as an in-house physio/OT.Exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist/OT to work in Metropolitan Sydney.As an active member of our Allied Health team, you will be working within the residential settings, carrying out comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, and delivering wellness programs. You will work with physio aids and other professionals to provide rehabilitation, pain management, falls prevention, group exercise classes, and wellness programs.
The successful candidate will possess: Assessment and treatment skills in a wide range of chronic and aging conditions.Ability to develop and manage wellness programs.Experience with Falls Prevention Programmes.Experience delivering group exercise classes.A motivated and enthusiastic attitude towards excellence in care.Experience working in a residential aged care setting is a big plus.A quick learner and excellent team player.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy/OT and current registration with AHPRA, or eligibility for registration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Empathetic, caring, and compassionate nature.Open-minded and flexible.Police check and required vaccinations if applicable.Bilingual - English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) to serve our cultural clusters at our homes.
