Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention, We use a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessments, curated to the participants' needs to guide our clinical reasoning, Delivering Physiotherapy interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals, whether at school, home, work, or in the community, Collaborating with our local multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Psychologists. Qualifications About you: Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist Experience working in the NDIS Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas Looking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment Demonstrated ability to work independently A genuine passion for working in the disability sector Additional Information What's in it for you?
