Practice Information:
This private practice strives to provide advanced level and comprehensive allied health services to the South Burnett region. The practice provides physiotherapy services to a wide range of clientele; including sports injury and post operative management, musculoskeletal conditions, women's health and pregnancy care, neurological conditions, and NDIS and aged care management. They provide home based community physiotherapy care for Home Care Package clients, NDIS participants, and privately funded clients.
Key Responsibilities
Effective time management, caseload management, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience in implementing clinical skills to plan, prescribe, implement and evaluate individualised, evidence-based physiotherapy programs in partnership with the clients and their representatives.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
Develop and implement personalised treatment plans for musculoskeletal issues.
Provide community physiotherapy services through home visits, ensuring convenience and accessibility for clients.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, falls prevention, safe and effective mobility strategies, home safety assessments and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Participate in clinical review meetings and case conferences as required.
Assessing a client's physical condition to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and other related illnesses in alignment with acute care practitioner status.
Creating a tailored treatment plan to address client's identified impairments, considering their age, fitness levels and any other medical conditions.
Communication with patients, other physiotherapists, referring practitioners and surgeons whilst upholding the values of the practice.
Provide a high level of customer care and service skills whilst liaising with patients, families, doctors, surgeons, and other health providers.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in physiotherapy - preferably in the musculoskeletal/aged care/NDIS sector
Bachelors or Masters of Physiotherapy qualification
General AHPRA registration

Salary Information:
$100,000 - $120,000 per annum.
