Physiotherapist – Locum or Permanent optionsSalary $100-$110k + super or locum ratesASAP startFREE 2-bedroom unit + relocation expensesPhysiotherapist required to provide services within private practice in Port Hedland. Supported by another Physiotherapist, 5 General Practitioners, Occupational Physicians, 2 Nurses, onsite pathology and administration.
The service will provide a two-bedroom unit and cover relocation costs, including freight to relocate your vehicle to Port Hedland if required.
Position requires person to reside in Port Hedland (it is NOT a FIFO role). Locum and permanent options. The caseload will cover: Assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disordersPost-operative rehabilitationWomen's Health (if you have the required skill set)Sports PhysiotherapyOccupational Health – pre-employment medicals, FCAsLiaising with all stakeholders involved in patient careDevelopment of treatment/management plans (including use of SMART goals);Development of sustainable Home Exercise Programs and self-treatment plans;Completion of musculoskeletal and functional assessmentsTimely and accurate maintenance of detailed case notes;Requirements: Full registration with AHPRA essentialAny postgraduate private practice experience highly regardedAbility to work autonomously or as part of a multidisciplinary teamStrong communication skillsUnderstanding of WorkCover and Return to Work protocols (desirable)Proficient with Microsoft Office applicationsTo be successful, you will have: Ability to engage and work within a busy teamPassion for providing the best quality serviceSocial skills to form relationships with other health professionals to maintain a busy case loadOccupational health experience highly regardedHigh level written and spoken English skills for reporting and writing of treatment plansApplicants must have the right to live and work in Australia as sponsorship is not being offered.
