About the role..In this role, you will join our supportive team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Allied Health Assistants, and friendly support staff.
Key responsibilities include:Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.Deliver evidence-based therapy for a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation.Provide education and advice to clients to support recovery and prevent further injury.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants, to ensure holistic client care.Manage a varied caseload efficiently, prioritising acute and chronic conditions.Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with legal and organisational standards.Participate in professional development activities, including mentoring and supervision sessions.Support community-based initiatives and health promotion programs where required.Maintain compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards.Develop and strengthen client relationships to support long-term health outcomes.Professional development is a priority here, with regular in-services, mentoring from senior Physiotherapists, and opportunities for both in-house and external Pilates training.
You'll enjoy a diverse caseload that includes:Acute musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and sports injuries.Post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.Hand therapy and work injuries.NDIS clients, as well as floor and studio Pilates.About you..To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated professional with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature allow you to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike. You have a solid foundation in physiotherapy principles and practices, with a keen interest in continuing your professional development. Your ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions is complemented by your enthusiasm for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
