You will play a crucial role leading a team to maximize positive resident outcomes.Working as part of the Allied Health team, Physiotherapists play a crucial role in helping maintain the functional independence of our clients through the delivery of evidence-based, active interventions.Position SummaryThe Physiotherapist is responsible for helping to improve clients' physical, cognitive, and psycho-social functions and to optimize their functional capacity for activities of daily living.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Allied Health, your role is responsible for ensuring optimal level of function and independence for all clients by:Performing functional assessments on admission with periodic reviewsDeveloping tailored treatment plansDelivering therapy services in both 1:1 and group settingsAttending to referrals and post-fall reviewsManual handling trainingDocumenting treatment planning and interventionsLeading and supervising Allied Health AssistantsContributing to multi-disciplinary team meetingsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or higherRight to Work in AustraliaReady to ApplyIf you think this role is the right fit for you, we invite you to apply.
