Assess participants' physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessmentsAnalyze findings to create personalized treatment goals for each participantDeliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants live life to the fullestMentor and supervise junior clinicians (if you are interested in a senior role)To be successful, you will have:
