Keep In Motion Physio is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. Since 1996, we have been committed to delivering top-tier physical therapy services in Craigieburn and surrounding areas.
Our clinic focuses on individualized care, offering a broad range of services including Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Dry Needling, Home visits, and more. We prioritize accessibility, quality, and seamless service delivery, fostering a motivating environment to aid our clients' rehabilitation and wellness.
Position: Physiotherapist
Location: Craigieburn, VIC
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of muscle, nerve, joint function, and overall physical abilities to identify patient needs.Design and implement tailored treatment programs aimed at addressing specific physical issues, enhancing mobility, and improving quality of life.Apply a variety of therapeutic interventions such as exercise, massage, manipulation, and state-of-the-art techniques including electrotherapy and ultrasonic treatments.Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.Educate patients and their families on home care techniques essential for their recovery process.Document all patient interactions, treatments administered, and outcomes to maintain comprehensive patient records.Contribute to the development and execution of screening and preventive health programs that align with community needs and clinic objectives.Hours of Work: This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week.
Salary: The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications and Experience: A bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy or a related field.At least 2 years of professional experience in a physiotherapy role.Registration required.Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.High level of motivation and enthusiasm to inspire positive patient outcomes.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.A commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to best practice guidelines.If you are passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of others through expert physiotherapy care, we would love to hear from you.
