Role RequirementsMandatory requirements are possession of a qualification in physiotherapy from a recognised tertiary institution and current registration, or eligibility for current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.Drivers License: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided prior to the commencement of duty.Generous Remuneration PackageValue up to $128,706 p.a. comprising:
Salary rates between $76,747 - $112,805 p.a. Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated competent level of knowledge, expertise, and skill in physiotherapy clinical practice.Communication: Demonstrated effective communication skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a single-discipline or a multidisciplinary health care team.Clinical Ability: Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload under the clinical practice supervision of more senior physiotherapists; and to assess non-complex patients and interpret assessment findings to develop and implement safe and effective routine physiotherapy interventions.Leadership: Demonstrated ability or ability to rapidly acquire the skill to supervise assistant staff and contribute to the supervision of students on work experience or clinical placement.Additional InformationNOTE: Current Physiotherapy Students expected to graduate from a Physiotherapy Program in 2024 (i.e., are not currently registered as a Physiotherapist) should NOT apply to this process and will not be considered.
