Remuneration: $39.77 to $55.70 p/hr (dependent on experience) + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Your part in our Blue Care teamYou'll provide holistic, integrated care to our clients enhancing their mobility and movement to promote their independence and wellbeing.
Working with a number of movement conditions associated with musculoskeletal impairments, medical conditions and chronic disease, you will tailor your care to make a real difference in your client's quality of life!
You'll have the opportunity to develop new treatment programs, helping clients to manage their movement, pain, balance and manual handling.
This will include:
Diagnosing, assessing and developing care plans for individuals and groupsPrescription and selection of appropriate adaptive equipment and modificationEducation and training on aspects of therapy for the clients and carersGoal setting activities, as well discharge and resolution planningLiaising with healthcare professionals, such as GPs, nurses and occupational therapists to ensure care plans are formulated and monitoredWhat makes a difference for us?You'll be passionate about providing exceptional clinical treatment and therapies designed to enable your clients to maintain and improve their independence.

You'll present with:
Tertiary Qualifications and current AHPRA registrationPrevious experience within an Aged Care or Community settingExceptional communication skills with the ability to build great relationshipsEffective time-management and proven clinical problem-solving skillsCurrent Australian Drivers Licence and a road worthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance as requiredConfidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policiesCurrent CPR and First AidOwn reliable vehicle with kilometre reimbursement where a fleet car is not availableBlueCare is proudly part of the UnitingCare Family, we'd love you to be too.
