About the role:Physiotherapy provides a range of acute, sub-acute, ambulatory, and paediatrics services across various locations in Central Queensland.
Opportunities exist to deliver physiotherapy clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/consumers of CQ Health.
Physiotherapy roles focus on the application of physiotherapy skills and knowledge in the assessment and treatment of consumers in order to promote, maintain, and improve their health, functional ability, and quality of life.
Contribute to multidisciplinary person-centred care as well as coordinated and integrated service delivery through effective communication with teams, patients, and their families/caregivers.Actively contribute to service and caseload management and planning within the work unit.Provide delegation of appropriate tasks and activities to Allied Health Assistants.About you:Mandatory qualifications: The successful applicant must hold a tertiary degree in a Physiotherapy qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and, if applicable, registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association.
Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate are mandatory for this position.What we offer:Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $132,567 p.a.
