Physiotherapist

Competent physiotherapist required to provide services within a private medical practice in Port Hedland. Supported by another Physiotherapist, GP's, Occupational Physicians, nursing team, and administration.
Position requires the person to reside in Port Hedland (NOT FIFO) with subsidised accommodation and relocation costs covered. What is required? Assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders;Liaising with all stakeholders involved in patient care;Development of treatment/management plans (including use of SMART goals);Development of sustainable Home Exercise Programs and self-treatment plans;Completion of musculoskeletal and functional assessments;Timely and accurate maintenance of detailed case notes;Skills and Experience Full registration with AHPRA essential;Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy;Any postgraduate private practice experience highly regarded;Ability to work autonomously or as part of a multidisciplinary team;Understanding of WorkCover and Return to Work protocols (desirable);Proficient with Microsoft Office applications;We are looking for someone who has the following strengths: Ability to engage and work within a busy team;Passion for providing the best quality service;Social skills to form relationships with other health professionals to maintain a busy case load;Occupational health experience highly regarded;High level written and spoken English skills for reporting and writing of treatment plans.Applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia as sponsorship is not being offered.
