The Job: Join a high - profile, busy, private practice in Scarborough
Fully equipped treatment rooms, clinical exercise studio with gym and Pilates equipment
Varied caseload of musculoskeletal, sports and rehabilitation
Extensive Clinical Functional Movement Exercise/Pilates program, 1:1 and classes
Good relationship with local doctors and specialists
F riendly, easy-going environment with excellent support
Focus on p rofessional development through weekly in-service and substantial financial support for external programs
Benefits: Salary package (including bonus incentive scheme) $90k - $110K for 38 hour s per week. Part-time options available.
PD allowance – we highly encourage pursuit of personal development
Weekly paid clinic PD sessions
Pilates training will be provided
O ngoing mentorship with senior p hysiotherapists
Flexible working hours
Existing c lient list through word-of-mouth referrals and good relationship with local GPs
Requirements: AHPRA registration and Professional Indemnity Insurance
Current First Aid & CPR qualification
Current Working with Children Check
Interest/experience in Functional Movement Rehabilitation
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, caring and approachable personality
Shows motivation and drive
Knows how to deliver a high level of care and has a firm belief in their own ability to improve outcomes
One or more years of private practice experience beneficial
Great communication skills
