Job DescriptionThe Opportunity
We are looking for a registered Physiotherapist with at least 3 years of experience to join our supportive multidisciplinary team in an ongoing capacity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide quality physiotherapy services to individuals including assessment, diagnosis, treatment individually and/or within group programs, education, and support to relevant family members.Facilitating focused exercise groups and information sessions.Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders/local service providers to support the development and implementation of processes and protocols.Ensure that all service delivery and program development is evidence-based on program resource guidelines, utilising agreed practice standards for client outcomes and organisational protocols.Desired Skills and ExperienceSkills & Experience Approximately three years' experience working in the primary health care or relevant sector.
Ideally a combination of community and private settings.Understanding of complex conditions, Home care package, NDIS, aged care and chronic disease management.Knowledge of Client records systems i.e.
