About the role We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to be part of our Health Safety and Wellbeing. The role is responsible for provision of physiotherapy treatment to injured employees or those at risk of injury, and works as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to deliver a cohesive and effective treatment program with a focus on return to work to optimise employee recovery.
Join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to keeping NSW Police Officers at peak performance. Working in the Treatment and Recovery Unit allows you to be part of a multidisciplinary team with 5 clinics located across NSW. Although working independently, you have the opportunity to collaborate with other clinicians within the unit. The role allows you to be patient-focused and facilitate rehabilitation from initial injury through to operational readiness testing and clearance to return to work. Due to servicing a large NSWPF regional area, service delivery will be a mixture of face-to-face and telehealth. This position will also allow you to demonstrate your exercise prescription and end stage rehabilitation skills. Strength and conditioning or Exercise Physiology knowledge will be favourable.

Please provide an experience where you have taken a patient through exercise prescription, athletic testing and end stage rehabilitation. What skills, capabilities, knowledge or experience do you have in this area?
