The ORS Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology division is expanding and we are looking for Physiotherapists who are passionate about providing person-centred, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention for clients across the lifespan to join our team. Your day-to-day duties will involve:
Performing Physiotherapy Assessments (with varied focuses including improving/increasing balance, mobility, coordination, gait, safety, and/or reducing pain).Completing reports for the NDIA advocating for your client's needs to meet their goals and ongoing intervention.Work Life BalanceThe ORS executive team really believes in the benefits of a healthy work-life balance. That is why we have a dedicated Physiotherapy Learning & Development Manager who possesses 20+ years of clinical experience, extensive background in university lecturing, and impressive qualifications. You will be able to connect with this person in one-on-one and group training sessions, plus have the ability to email or pick up the phone at any time to ask their advice on complex cases. You will have a direct line manager, team leader Physiotherapist on site who has had 2+ years working in the NDIS sector to provide support.
Minimum RequirementsA few requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy.Current AHPRA Registration.Previous experience as a Physiotherapist working with clients who have a disability and/or within the Disability Sector or within the NDIS (desirable).A car and licence.A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client-facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).About the companyORS has been in the business of making a difference to people with disability and injuries for more than 25 years across NDIS, private and insurance.
