About the Role
The role offers an opportunity to provide high quality, evidence-based Physiotherapy services.
As a Physiotherapist with Aegis, no two days will look the same!
You will benefit from a diverse caseload that allows you to apply a broad range of your core skills, including but not limited to assessing, monitoring, and making recommendations in relation to:
Falls, Prevention, trending, analysis, management, and post-fall review.
Musculoskeletal assessment and management.
Evidence-based pain management (acute and chronic).
Mobility.
Exercise prescription (Physitrack subscription available).
Functional retraining and rehabilitation.
Equipment provision.
Promote health and education around Cardiovascular and Respiratory rehabilitation.
Continence, bowel, and pelvic health.
Positioning.
Manual tasks and transfers.
Oedema Management.
Advocate for Residents through supporting choice and mitigating risk processes.
Training and Education.
Quality monitoring practices and continuous improvement.

About you
Hold a genuine interest in working with older people.
Passion for enablement and rehabilitation.
Customer service ethos, with a focus on providing a comprehensive and meaningful Physiotherapy Service to all Residents.
Have a strong attention to detail and solution-focused problem-solving skills.
An appetite for innovation and continuous improvement.
Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Able to work independently and within a team environment.

Essential requirements:
Physiotherapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
Have full Australian working rights and be able to pass national police clearance.
Possess a valid Drivers Licence.
