As a key member of our team at Bodyworks Broome, you'll work closely with the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and Director to deliver high-quality allied health services, grounded in evidence-based practice. Your commitment to client-centered care and a willingness to go above and beyond will empower you to achieve the best outcomes for our patients. The starting salary is $75 000 + rewards including bonus and education allowance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse range of conditions, including neurology, musculoskeletal issues, rehabilitation, women's health, and pediatrics. Emphasize exercise and rehabilitation, with opportunities for hands-on treatment. Champion innovation in practice, exploring new approaches to enhance patient outcomes. Collaborate and learn from other healthcare professionals who share our mission. Qualifications & Skills
Current AHPRA registration as a full or limited practicing physiotherapist. Independent work ability, demonstrated pride in your work, and a commitment to patient follow-up. Desire for continuous education to enhance patient care through evidence-based practices. Membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). Dry needling certification is desirable. Exposure to RTUS (Real-Time Ultrasound) and external pelvic floor education is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
