Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.Join our NEW Bendigo clinic as a Physiotherapist, a role dedicated to keeping our clients strong, active, pain-free, and healthy. Set to open in January 2025, our new Bendigo site is bringing the Kieser philosophy to regional Victoria.By combining traditional physiotherapy methods with education on the benefits of strength training, our team empowers clients to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most.Responsibilities include:• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists• Consult a diverse clientele, including musculoskeletal and sporting patient groups, with ongoing case management• Use objective measures, such as strength testing, to guide clinical decisions• Educate clients on long-term strength training benefits and use traditional physiotherapy methods for positive outcomes• Access state-of-the-art rehab equipment and diagnostics• Build and maintain relationships with external referrers• Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standardsIf you are a new graduate Physiotherapist, with a passion for client outcomes and a belief in strength training for long-term prevention, we want to hear from you.Candidates looking for Full Time or Part Time opportunities, will be considered.Qualifications & CertificationsRequired:• AHPRA recognised Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree• Valid working rights in Australia• Active & current Professional Indemnity Insurance• Working with Children CheckAdditional Benefits• Complimentary access to our strength and conditioning facility + concessional fees for family members• Comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development• Career pathways within Kieser• 1 day of Recharge Leave and a half day of Birthday Leave• An unbeatable team culture, fun working environment and social events• 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers• Up to $1500 annual PD allowance• Leadership Program for aspiring leaders• 12-month program for New Graduate Physiotherapists (incl. 1:1 mentoring, monthly PD)Diversity & InclusionWe value inclusion and diversity and are committed to creating a safe, confident, and celebratory work environment.
