The role: ACH Group has an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our passionate Health Services team in the Southwest region of SA.

Work alongside other Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Personal Trainers, Allied Health Assistants and many other health professionals to help our customers maximise their function and live 'Good Lives.' Full-time roles preferred, but part-time roles are also available.
What you'll do: Providing clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions across a broad range of individual and multiple complex conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory and rehabilitation.Work with the multidisciplinary team to drive our reablement program and promote an active ageing approach.Support the development and promotion of new services.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Support Workers and Allied Health professionals to support customers to achieve their goals.Support quality and continuous improvement activities to assist in the achievement of strategic business goals.About you!
