As a community-based Physiotherapist, you will be directly contributing to the community by working with elderly clients in their own home, to ensure their physical needs and goals are met, enabling them to live their best life independently for as long as possible.

The Physiotherapist role will: Provide in-home physiotherapy services to assist with mobility, pain management and strengthening. Development of individual care plans to achieve personalised functional outcomes. Falls prevention, education and strength training work all included in position. Work closely with the local community teams and key stakeholders. Incorporate a holistic approach to health care that incorporates healthy living activities according to community and organisational priorities. Employee referral program - earn $500 for referring your friends and family. What we need from you? Currently registered as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA. Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent. Prior community experience highly desirable. Ability to provide high quality treatment and intervention. Police Check (dated within the last 3 years). Willing to obtain annual flu vaccinations. Evidence of Covid 19 vaccinations. Own vehicle/licence. Apply now
