Moyne Health Services in Port Fairy are offering a rare opportunity to an experienced Physiotherapist to join the Community Health team as a Grade 3 Physio.
This role is fixed term for 12 months, and includes monthly accrued days off.
About the Role As a Grade 3 Physiotherapist at MHS, you will provide strong clinical leadership and professional leadership to the Allied Health team.
This role supports the Allied Health Manager by sharing knowledge and expertise across the workforce, as well as developing, mentoring and upskilling the Allied Health team.
The incumbent will be expected to pursue innovative service delivery approaches across a varied and complex caseload, ensuring responsiveness to the community's changing needs.
About You Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of PhysiotherapyCurrent registration as a physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)Demonstrated knowledge of program funding and referral pathwaysMinimum 5-7 years post-graduate experience in varied clinical rolesExperience in supervision and clinical leadership of physiotherapists, staff, and studentsA working understanding of scope of practice and practical application of supervision models across the Allied Health TeamExcellent time management skills and high degrees of flexibilityDemonstrated ability to function independently and collaboratively with evidence of good interpersonal skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teamsWorking knowledge of electronic databases, recording statistics for compliance with funding targetsDemonstrated involvement in quality improvement activitiesAbout Us Moyne Health Services is a public, not-for-profit, integrated healthcare service that helps meet community healthcare needs in Port Fairy and surrounding districts in the Moyne Shire.
