Due to growth, we are looking for a Physiotherapist to join the team. This role is based around Forster/Taree and is open to both fulltime & part-time hours with flexible working arrangements and work from home.
Provide high quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding. These services aim to promote independence and restore functional independence to enable clients to remain living at home.

About you:
Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, and independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilise required software to support working from home Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain Valid unrestricted driver's license and a reliable registered vehicle with minimum of Third-Party Insurance About Us:
