As a Community Physiotherapist at Feros Care, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. This is an autonomous role that requires you to travel throughout the Far North Coast region of NSW, you can be based in Tweed Heads to Byron Bay or Ballina. Flexibility to choose between part-time or full-time hours.
Your Role: Providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home physiotherapy servicesHome Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.Lead group exercise and healthy lifestyle classes, fostering strength, balance, and wellness in the community.Assist clients in overcoming barriers and achieving their goals.Ensuring efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.Salary and benefits: Salary banding between: $67,393 - $100,224 plus 11.5% super.Salary packaging: up to $15,899 tax-free annually.Meal and Entertainment Card: up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income.Smart phone and laptop supplied.Role specific equipment supplied.Supported by a full rostering and admin team to book appointments, manage your calendar and negotiate client funding.Opportunities for professional development, training, and career advancement prospects.9 weeks paid parental leave (to eligible employees).About You: If you're a registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA, who thrives in a community care setting, we want to hear from you.
Genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly.Organisational, negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and client management software.MUST be able to provide your Clinical hours of Service from previous employment!A current unrestricted driver's license and a love for being on the road.Shortlisted applicants will be contacted!
