Physiotherapist wanted for short term role, one day per week starting January 2025 until 4th April, with opportunity to extend.

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you at CHM , a leading multidisciplinary wellness provider, partnering with various organisations to deliver integrate healthcare.

About the Role: The Physiotherapist will alongside the clinical team at Forensicare's Thomas Embling Hospital in Fairfield one day per week.
They will have established clinical knowledge and an understanding of the impact of mental disorders on their clinical area.

Key Responsibilities: Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalised treatment plans for clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions and injuries.
Providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic modalities, to optimise clients' functional outcomes and overall health.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and a holistic approach to treatment.
Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying abreast of best practices in the field of physiotherapy.
Contributing to the growth and success of our Beerwah clinic through active participation in community outreach and networking activities.

Qualifications and Requirements: Full registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Minimum two years of clincial experience working as a Physiotherapist, preferably with competence in mental health settings Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
Minimum of 3 Covid vaccinations and flu vaccination (or willing to obtain) Willing to undergo national police check.
