Job Title: Physiotherapist - Experienced or New Graduate - Charters Towers, Queensland.
Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time.

The group operates multiple clinics across Queensland, including locations in Townsville, Charters Towers, Hughenden, Richmond and Clermont. They provide a wide range of services with a strong focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation for both chronic and acute conditions. They are an NDIS registered provider and provide services to WorkCover, DVA, and private clients. Our services also include specialised treatments such as hydrotherapy, clinical pilates, vertigo, paediatrics, women's/men's health. The practice offers both individual and group therapy sessions, with a commitment to holistic care. Their approach is patient-centered, ensuring every client receives personalised care plans designed to meet their specific rehabilitation or fitness goals. They operate as a group practice with a collaborative team of physiotherapists and exercise physiologists who are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services in a relaxed environment. Position Description: Patient Care & Treatment: Perform thorough assessments of patients Develop and implement treatment Deliver hands-on therapy and other evidence-based treatments (e.g., manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise prescription).
Educate patients to understand their injury or condition
Conduct follow-up sessions to progress and adjust treatments to gain the best outcomes and potential for their injury or condition.
Service Delivery: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
Engage in one-on-one sessions, group rehabilitation classes (e.g., hydrotherapy, Pilates, and strength training), and home visits as required.
Provide specialised services where appropriate, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), workplace injury management, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using clinic management software.
Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with GPs, surgeons, case managers, and other external stakeholders to ensure cohesive care plans.
Participate in case reviews and team meetings to share knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
Offer clear, compassionate communication to patients and their families, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and progress.
Professional Development & Clinic Contribution: Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practice through ongoing professional development and training.
Participate in regular staff training, contribute to the clinic's knowledge base, and improvement strategies.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
Full / Limited AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) registration. (Supervision available)
Relevant experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury management, or rehabilitation is desirable.
Experience with hydrotherapy, Pilates, or post-operative care is a plus.

Hours: 38 hours per week (negotiable).
Salary Information: $70,000 - $120,000 per annum.
