Our team of highly skilled allied health professionals includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Psychologists. IPAR is part of the global MedHealth

In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, supported by a strong team of healthcare professionals. Your duties will include: Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionals Completing various assessments using your allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations and Ergonomic Assessments.
This role can be based from either our Shepparton, Wangaratta, or Albury offices , with travel across the North East region expected as part of the role. Our new team member will have: A qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Osteopathy Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Strong communication skills to build relationships Excellent time management skills to work autonomously and within a team A desire to problem solve with confidence and initiative A passion for injury prevention and return to work Energy and drive to grow our services A current driver's license and access to their own vehicle
