All our people work from home or an office location, travelling to our customers or providing teleservice appointments (as required).
Travel arrangements apply and are paid per relevant scheme criteria.
Regular supervision is a necessary part of working with us.
Personal accountability toward completing work on time to meet requirements & quality outcomes, is a must have attribute.
Job Description You must live in the ACT region, and will manage a caseload of customers across aged, disability and community, and work time can include standard and outside business hours time around your daily/family responsibilities.
The ideal person is a self-starter, has preferably 3yrs+ work experience (overall) and has an interest in neurological / spinal cord / aging conditions (you will also work with other conditions) and therapy delivery/exercise prescription.
Our customers are generally people 18yrs or older with lifelong or acquired conditions or older persons.
The role is primarily focused on customer therapy delivery and/or assessments with associated reporting necessary.
You will transition into this role over a short period of time, with a flexible start offered.
This is a contract position for 12 months, with a possibility for a further 12 months extension to be determined on basis of performance.
There may also be the opportunity to convert to permanent full-time after 12 months.
A minimum of three months probation applies to this position.

You must have experience writing Aged Care, rehabilitation/injury and/or NDIS reports and working with the insurance sector.
Previous experience with personal injury and neurological services is favourably considered.
Travel is paid per scheme criteria and is included in total work hours each week.

You will work from home, travelling to customers generally You will work a set number of agreed hours (weekly) in standard business times for customer-facing activities, however all non-direct activities (e.g.
report writing) can be undertaken at other times so long as deadlines are met.
Attend the office for regular supervision, training and/or team events (as required).
Be able to work a minimum of 21 hours each week.
A minimum three months probation applies to this role.

Remuneration: up to $100.00 per hour gross (incl superannuation) dependent on background and experience.
