About the role..
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals on their rehabilitation journey?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic inpatient team, delivering high-quality rehabilitation programs to adults recovering from traumatic brain injury.
In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with clients, their families, relevant community services and a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver goal-directed rehabilitation.
You'll play a key role in developing and delivering tailored programs that include a mix of individual therapy and group interventions.

Key responsibilities include:
Provision of high quality, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions based on sound clinical reasoning, following comprehensive assessment.
Participation in case conferences, goal setting and family meetings.
Supervision of physiotherapy assistants.
Active participation in relevant quality projects.
About you..
We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with:
Essential Criteria:
Registration with AHPRA.
Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation service covering a neurological caseload and aquatic physiotherapy (competent swimmer).
Experience working with compensable clients and/or knowledge of systems involved.
Demonstration of effective multidisciplinary teamwork.
Demonstration of evidence of relevant professional development and commitment to evidence-based practice.
Demonstration of excellent time management and self-organisational skills.
Demonstration of excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
