Physiotherapist - APM Workcare Graduate Program We are looking for passionate graduates who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat, to join our two-year Graduate Program.

You'll work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting your clients on their journey to return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.

Our Graduate Program will provide you with a well-rounded knowledge base with fortnightly technical training to accelerate your career, with 1-1 mentorship from a senior clinician to ensure you are supported as you learn.

Everyday can look different at APM Workcare... but in general, you will be:
Completing functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments Conducting worksite assessments to understand what duties your client can complete to help them achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals Collaborating with other health practitioners through case conferencing Organising rehabilitation activities for your client incl.
Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc.
Reviewing and analysing medical reports e.g.
MRIs, X-Rays, etc.

Hold a degree in Physiotherapy Be eligible for AHPRA membership upon graduating Have graduated in the last 12 months or be graduating in 2025 Agree to a pre-employment national criminal check prior to employment Have full Australian working rights Hold a full drivers' license, your own vehicle, and comprehensive insurance About APM Workcare
