This role will be instrumental in supporting a multi-disciplinary team, with the freedom to shape your caseload according to your skills and experience.
Working with a mixed caseload, you will assess and treat physical conditions, develop tailored rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with families/carers and other healthcare professionals.

Today, we employ 120+ employees across the Hunter and Western Sydney regions, who provide person-centred support services to over 150 participants in the following disciplines:

How to Apply Submit a current resume along with a cover letter addressing the below criteria:
Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA Adaptive communication skills to engage with varied participants, stakeholders and staff members Demonstrated experience working within Aged Care/NDIS Frameworks and billable targets Demonstrated experience using a variety of assessment tools and completing complex reports Driver Licence, First Aid Certificate, and two COVID-19 Vaccinations NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check (issued within last three years).
