Worth County Rural Health Clinic in Sylvester, Georgia seeks Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician to join busy outpatient clinic. Job Highlights & RequirementsBoard certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine$245K base salary; $50 per wRVU over 4900Tax advantage for practicing in designated rural health clinic $10K sign-on bonus and up to $15K in relocation assistanceNo call 4.5 days for patient care visit/0.5 admin day20 PTO days plus 7 holidays; CME allowance of $5K 2 physicians and 2 NPs see over 1000 patients per month
