Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all post-sales operations, managing a dedicated team, maintaining client relationships, ensuring proper documentation, checking eligibility, filing petitions, and handling visa lodgements.
Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals handling post-sales activities. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-sales process. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Documentation and Eligibility: Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of all necessary client documentation. Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and comply with relevant regulations. Conduct thorough eligibility checks for clients to determine their suitability for various immigration and business advisory services. Petition Filing and Visa Lodgements: Manage the preparation and filing of petitions for business immigration. Oversee the submission of visa applications and lodgements for the USA, Australia, and UAE. Stay up-to-date with immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Implement best practices and streamline operations to optimize team performance. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. Prepare and present reports on operational activities and client status to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in business immigration or a related industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations for the USA, Australia, and UAE is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
