PHOTOGRAPHER required for a well-established Australian business "REALTYPHOTOS WYNDHAM" specialized in commercial photography for the real estate businesses & for family events (Marriages/birthday parties) and located at 2/40 WALLACE AVE, POINT COOK VIC 3030.
Prospective applicants must have good prior experience of working commercially as a photographer.
Duties include:
Discuss the client's needs and vision for the property photo shoot & for personal photo shoots.Travel to various properties & events to take photographs, ensuring all essential features are captured.Use professional equipment to take high-quality images, focusing on lighting, composition, and detail.Utilize various photographic techniques and lighting equipment.Transport and set up equipment at assigned locations.Capture subjects in professional-quality photographs.Work from a studio and manipulate images using digital imaging techniques and creative darkroom techniques.Edit and enhance photos using software like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to ensure they meet professional standards.Promote services through the business website, social media, and networking with real estate agents.Photograph homes listed for sale to meet the online marketing and print needs of Realtors and their Brokerage firms.Meet brokers/clients on-site and perform photo sessions.Label and upload images to our in-house studio.Take photo shoots of interior spaces of properties – common rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, etc., and show the flow of the space.Ensure good photo composition, angles, and positioning of the spaces taken.Video real estate properties & family events (Weddings, Birthdays).Help homeowners stage their homes to achieve the best visual results.In return, for your commitment and skills, you will receive a competitive salary package of $76K plus Superannuation.
Applicants with formal qualifications in photography and at least 2 years of practical experience will be prioritized.
The position is available full-time, 38 hours/week; however, the applicant must be available for 7 days a week and willing to work odd hours (Weekend & early morning/late night shifts).
Another mandatory requirement is a driving license & a vehicle.
Applicants must be willing to travel across Victoria to perform work in urban and regional locations.
