HTR Distribution Pty Ltd (HTR) is a distribution company for new tyre sales in Australia.We are seeking a highly dedicated, self-motivated, passionate Phone Salesperson who will be assigned to a specific sales area and contribute to the growth of our existing customer portfolio.The ideal candidate will pride himself or herself on customer service. This role can lead to career development and progression.Your duties will include:Processing inbound and outbound telephone sales and enquiries from all areasProviding regular product information/updates to dealer network in your areaAchieving sales results, daily, weekly and monthlyServicing a specific territorySupporting Area Managers in the fieldThe CandidateThe successful applicant will have:Experience in the Tyre Industry - preferred but not essential as training is providedSound knowledge of the tyre industry or automotive - preferred but not essentialAn enthusiastic, passionate attitude, personality and drive to achieving resultsAmbition and drive to advance within the companyStrong computer literacy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience using Marlin GTX is preferred, but not essentialAble to work Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm – EssentialHave own transport or be able to access public transport - EssentialAble to read, write and speak English to a high standardResponsibilities:Exceeding monthly sales targetsMarket representationDaily, weekly and monthly reportingDedicated customer serviceAttendance at trade shows and promotional eventsProviding reports on supplied call/run sheetsOnly those with determination, a positive attitude and a passion for success in sales need apply.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have experience in a sales role?Do you have customer service experience?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
