A position has become available within our Reservations team based at our BILINGA office (opposite the Gold Coast airport.)
As a Reservations Phone Consultant, you will be part of a small but dedicated team responsible for following up on our website enquiries with a focus on making bookings and providing quality customer service. NO COLD CALLING!
HOURS REQUIRED: 5 DAYS A WEEK, AFTERNOON SHIFT (8-9PM FINISH) WEEKENDS REQUIRED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK THESE HOURS.   
Key responsibilities of the role: Making outbound calls to customers who have made an online enquiry on our website to secure bookings.Providing quality customer service, providing any information that  customers may require.Answering Inbound phones calls.Occasional face to face customer service on counter facilitating car rentals as required.
