About the role We are seeking multiple casual/part time/full time and weekend Phlebotomists to join our dedicated team within Geraldton and greater Geraldton regions. These positions will suit self-motivated individuals with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a strong focus on outstanding customer service.
Specific duties include: Collection of blood and other samples from patients Attending to the care, storage and processing of pathology specimens Attend to paperwork and associated clerical duties to ensure all details are correct in a timely manner Skills and experience: Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant industry experience Exceptional customer service skills both in person and over the telephone Exceptional time management skills Sound clinical knowledge A current Driver's License Ability to communicate effectively with the collections team, doctors, patients and other stakeholders Ability to work alone and participate in weekday and weekend shifts across any of our collection centres.
