Our vibrant School is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and committed person to join our Advancement team in this exciting new role. With an anticipated commencement ideally in November 2024, this role is a full-time position.
Working closely with the Director of Media, Communications and Marketing, the Philanthropy Manager focuses on overseeing fundraising efforts to achieve agreed outcomes, donor stewardship, and advancement opportunities that align with the School's strategic plan. They will develop and implement initiatives to identify, cultivate and solicit gifts from donors.

a proven and demonstrable track record in delivering fundraising outcomeseffective community engagement, fostering strong relationships and meaningful connectionsability to advise on effective, targeted fundraising campaigns and communicationsability to play a central role in the stewardship of prospects and donors, while also identifying new prospects and supporter opportunitiesprofessional written and verbal communication skills with a strong presentation stylean excellent work ethic with exemplary attention to detail, partnered with a keen sense of customer service and hospitalityleadership skills for stakeholder influence, collaborative teamwork, and independent workcompetency in reporting, record keeping, and digital data and CRM managementfundraising experience in the education sector is highly desirableappropriate senior experience and/or qualifications in all or some of the following: fundraising and advancement, philanthropic programs, and/or business development.Here you will be able to review the Position Description and our Privacy Policy and learn more about International Grammar School.
