Phd Programme Manager

We are looking for a motivated PhD Programme Manager to join our forward-thinking Research and Faculty Office. You'll manage the student life cycle from admission to graduation and deliver a high-quality student experience. Help us continually enhance the quality of applications and onboard the best new talent to take us into the future.
Main Responsibilities Contribute to the development of operational plans for the delivery of the PhD Programme Work closely with Faculty Coordinators, managing progress requirements for all PhD students Manage operational and Trans-Atlantic Doctoral Conference budgets, as well as assist students with external grant applications Ensure an impeccable student experience, monitoring progress milestones, the examination process, pastoral care, and student facilities Take control of applications and admissions, issuing Certificates of Sponsorship and handling visa issues Who we are looking for Previous experience working in a Higher Education environment Strong written and communication skills Able to work with a variety of software and databases Sound project management skills What you can expect from us Generous annual leave of 27 days PLUS extra between Christmas and New Year!
