Pharmacy Territory Manager – TASDue to ongoing growth in the Tasmanian market, Aero Healthcare is seeking a locally based territory manager to assist the needs of clients and establish ongoing new business.This role will be part-time, with pro-rata benefits of a full-time role such as vehicle allowance and fuel contribution with a desired minimum of 2 days per week availability.With excellent market initiatives and strong brand presence in other market sectors, this role provides a challenge and reward for the successful applicant to exploit opportunity in Pharmacy, by developing new and existing Pharmacies stocking our range of First Aid, Wound Care, and other associated consumer healthcare products.Aero Healthcare offers territory representatives a unique opportunity for self-directed and agile territory management, backed by smart market intelligence and effective advertising and store support.You'll also be included in wider market development opportunities, such as product development, product training, and attending major industry and trade events.The Role Deliver agreed strategies to exceed sales targetsCoordinate education programs and provide in-store engagement and training across our retail product rangesCoordinate execution of merchandising and promotions in-storeRelationship buildingTravel across the stateThe Candidate We are looking for a candidate with drive and initiative to create a territory foothold. Prior territory management experience is desired but not essential; Pharmacy in-store experience will be highly regarded.Excellent customer service is essential in this role as you are face-to-face with customers often.A genuine interest in health is very important in this role.
