You will collaborate with research teams on investigational drug handling and quality assurance, while also performing the essential duties of a Pharmacy Technician, such as dispensing medications, managing inventory, and assisting with patient care. Your responsibilities will include:Dispensing and Medication Supply – Dispense medications for hospital and oncology patients and ensure timely medication supply.Inventory Management – Assist in managing stock levels and ensuring efficient pharmacy operations.Clinical Trial Drug Handling – Manage the receipt, storage, and dispensing of investigational drugs in compliance with trial protocols.Drug Compounding/Manufacturing – Assist in the preparation and manufacturing of medications, ensuring precision and safety in all processes.Collaboration with Research Teams – Work alongside clinical researchers and pharmacists to coordinate drug supply and manage trial logistics.Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, clinical trial protocols, and good clinical practice (GCP) standards.Quality Assurance – Conduct checks and audits to ensure the highest standards of drug handling, storage, and documentation are maintained throughout the trial process.The pharmacy operates Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Once fully trained, technicians will also be expected to provide on-call support, as well as weekend and public holiday coverage.About YouWe are looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician who thrives in a dynamic environment that balances clinical trial work with routine pharmacy duties.
